Plot Sign Off

I created a handy plot sign off book that I place on every one of our developments.  Each plot is allocated its own book and completed as work proceeds.  It is broken down in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th lift and Gables and also a finals page.  It covers the basic NHBC requirements for each lift and whilst not exhaustive it helps make sure all the minimum requirements are met.

Please note this is a digital download of a plot book I created and had printed.  Please feel free to reproduce with your own company logo or spin on things.  I have mine printed in A5 with our company brand and colours but you can simply print these off and staple them together and leave in the site office.

Once each brickwork lift is completed and inspected, simply record in the book.

You can record which sub-contractor completed the works for future reference should defects arise.

This guide has helped us score 5 and 6 in CQRs and looks great for Pride In The Job marking.
